running needrestart on a system which runs kernel 4.0.0-trunk-amd64 from
experimental and which was previously running kernel 3.19.0-trunk-amd64
from experimental, needrestart claims:
The currently running kernel version is 4.0.0-trunk-amd64 which is not
the expected kernel version 3.19.0-trunk-amd64.
Also the kernel images have proper time stamps:
