Hi,
I think that libpolkit-gobject-1-dev should be installed during the
build to detect if pkcheck_supports_uid is set to true in the .pc file.
The uid support for pkcheck is available in all the version
(unstable/experimental) versions of policykit in debian but libvirt
should test if it supports it.
