Requirejs is packaged as a Nodejs plugin.
Nodejs is server-side Javascript environment. It seems to me that
Requirejs is only relevant client-side (i.e. loaded in a web browser).
Indeed it seems your own need - as build-dependency of jsxgraph - is a
a client-side use-case, and the package ships with a minified variant
which is completely useless for Nodejs context.
For browser use, please package with minified and non-minified files
below /usr/share/javascript, and recommend javascript-common.
As Nodejs plugin (if that's sensible at all), please drop minified files
and depend on nodejs.
