Using texmacs from experimental branch of debian.

The instructions for reproducing the bug are given in the attached file.

The bug can be reproduced with styles: article, book, exam, seminar
The bug does not arise if I use : generic, letter styles.

The behaviour does not change even if I change "Top" to Center or Bottom in

Cell -> Special properites -> Hyphenation -> Top.
