The main feature (according to its README.md file) of Require.js is a
command-line tool "r.js".
That tool is missing from the packaging of node-requirejs.

Reading up on the online documentation, it seems what upstream calls
"command-line" really is within Nodejs interpreter: The following works
fine (for file foo.js):
nodejs /usr/lib/nodejs/r.js -o name=foo out=foo.mini.js baseUrl=.
Closing this as a non-bug.
