Hello Michael and Steve,
Peter Palfrader has rewritten the CGI to append the report to a file instead
of piping to exim and performance are much better now.
I'd likely to use this opportunuity to thanks warmly Peter for his effort and
his skill.
I am monitoring popcon.debian.org health closely, and it works reliably
since the end of July. So I close this report.
I will soon release a new version of popcon which try to spread the submissions
times better.
