Hi,
I tried it here, and Midori successfully ignored http_proxy when "No
proxy server" is selected. I am testing with Midori 0.5.11-1 (uploaded
to unstable today). For that reason I am closing this bug. Feel free
to reopen it if the issue is still valid.
