Currently Apache configuration is being written to
/etc/apache/sites-available/fbx.conf . Instead it should be shipped as a
regular installation file in the .deb package. This way when freedombox-setup
is removed from the system, this configuration is also removed. This is
critical for upgrading the package properly in future.
Further, the file should in /etc/apache/conf-available instead as it is no
longer a site.
