Try install hyphen-en-gb 1:5.0.3-1, got to Scribus Document Setup, and
Hyphenator: You will then find English (UK) but no English (ZA).
If you replace the symlink /usr/share/hyphen/hyphen-en_ZA.dict with a
_copy_ of hyphen-en_GB.dict then English (ZA) shows as an option.
It is a bug that Scribus does not take symlinked files into account when
_enumerating_ the available hyphenation files - which apparently is a
_different_ issue than the one fixed with patch 762942.
A recompilation of Scribus 1.4.5+dfsg1-3 replacing patch 762942 with
patch support-arbitrary-hyphenator-name also fails to take en_ZA into
account.
