looking at the build logs, the package runs autoreconf, quilt, then autoconf
again. Caused by the explicit use of quilt. Please drop the build dependency and
the --with quilt call.
I'm surprised that the regtest-without-bench.patch patch even has an effect.
PS: While testing build failures, I packaged a 0.9.1 upstream version. See
