Every so often the update check that torbrowser-launcher does fails.
It would be nice if in those cases there still would be a non-manual way
to actually launch the browser.

the update feature got removed in torbrowser-launcher 0.2.2, as torbrowser can
update itself, thus this bug has become obsolete, thus closing.
