Upgrading inkscape from 0.91-6 to 0.91-7 wants to remove package
bogofilter including its dependencies.
Reason is that inkscape's dependency libgsl2 is not compatible with
bogofilter's (bogofilter-bdb (1.2.4+dfsg1-3)) libgsl0ldbl.

that's a downside of the current gsl transition
https://bugs.debian.org/804246
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/gsl.html

for co-installing the reverese-dependencies of gsl in your system, all
of them have to be built against the same version of gsl.

bogofilter was updated on December 6th, but give it was uploaded with
priority=low it's going to take 10 days (at least) to migrate to
testing, so I'd expect an updated bogofilter to reach testing on Dec
16th.

In the meantime maybe you can either grab bogofilter from unstable, or
just wait and workaround in some other way.

In any case, this is not a bug in inkscape.
