Package: acpi-support
Version: 0.84-1
Severity: normal

If present, pcscd seems to have problems finding my USB reader after
suspend; a simple restart fixes it. Thus, pcscd should be stopped before
suspend, and started after suspend (if present, of course).

I never responded to this bug report because I do not have a laptop to test
suspend/resume. Another user of pcsc-lite is doing suspend/resume and pcsc-lite
does work quiet well for him.

Can you upgrade to the latest version of pcsc-lite (the one using libhal
instead of libusb) and tell me if it works for you and if not what does not
work.

If you are using the libccid driver can you please follow [1] to generate a log?

Thanks.

I have no news about this bug report since nearly 10 years.

If you still have the problem with the "recent" versions of pcsc-lite please
re-open the bug report.
Closing the bug now.

Bye
