systemd-modules-load also loads modules specified in
/usr/lib/modules-load.d, but this isn't documented in the manpage.
This is probably due to th split-usr approach.

Hi,

The systemd.pc file indeed suggests installing in /usr/ . Unless we
decide to change the pc file, ipmitool should continue to install the
configuration file to /usr.
