the changelog meantions the following local file URL for nametrans docs:
<file:///usr/share/doc/offlineimap/html/nametrans.html#reverse-nametrans>
Problem: The file nametrans.html does not exist in offlineimap package.
I tried finding it using “apt-file search nametrans” and got no results.

The changelog you are referring to is for OfflineIMAP version 6.5.3.1-2,
hence obsolete. The above local file was present in that version but has
been removed since then. I am guessing that you upgraded OfflineIMAP from
several versions behind the current one and apt-listchanges gave you all
the intermediate changelogs.
Based on the above, I am closing this bug report.
