About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.

close 761530

The issue was caused by a behaviour change of CPython in a
minor version uploaded to the archive. The test has been updated
and it should now build.

Kay
