Package: manpages

Dear Debian folks,
upgrading from the packages *manpages* from version 3.74-1 to 4.04-0.1
fails due to a conflict with the package *console-tools*.
```
I guess, that the metadata of the package needs to be updated and the
corresponding conflicts and break tags need to be added.
Thanks,
Paul
Right! I missed that when looking at the package page [1]. I think it
was listed for some port. I think it was m68k, where it was still
included.
