I'm red-green colorblind, like a notable percent of the population...
And to me, the icons for 'op' and 'voice' look the same. 

In general, it's bad UI design to depend on color alone to tell things
apart. A great way to make sure you're not doing this is to use Gimp to
take a screenshot, then use the color mode menu to convert to grayscale.

May I suggest using different brightnesses and shapes?
