Dear Maintainer,

The package gst-plugins-bad0.10 doesn't build on the ppc64el architecture
because it doesn't recognize new architecture as supporting shared object.
Causing the following error on ppc64el:

        dh_install: gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad missing files
(debian/tmp/usr/lib/*/gstreamer-0.10/libgstadpcmdec.so), aborting
        make: *** [binary-install/gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad] Error 2

I am providing a patch that fixes this problem updating libtool file and adding
the -as-needed parameter to dh_autoreconf. For the libtool patch, I basically
did
the a copy from the most updated libtool package to the m4/libtool, as:
# cp /usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4 m4/libtool.m4

This enabled the package to be built properly.

Thank you,
Breno
