anarchism is affected by #770011 and it would be nice to trivially workaround
it so that we finally have reproducible anarchism in Debian! ;-D
The workaround is simply to use
LANG=C lynx -dump in.html > out.txt
instead of
lynx -dump in.html > out.txt
which exposes that bug.
