Dear Maintainer,
Of all the error states given, only for error 4 there is no
explanation. There should be some generic explanation for end-users to
know why a certain mirror is showing error 4 and what is needed to
resolve it, otherwise we can't bug the mirror-admin as to how to fix
it.
I have raised the importance of the bug to important as I have seen
the bug appear for about 2-3 months or more and haven't seen any
explanation on that specific error since that time.

Following the link to the full error message, it seems that currently 4
is Connection timed out (110).
Note that these aren't error-codes. This is just the 4th different
error message the checker encountered in its most recent run.
