Due to an upstream packaging bug, 7.19.5 didn't include the test
suite. This is fixed in upstream's vcs, so when a version with the
suite is released, I want to re-enable the tests.
However, the test suite requires python-bottle and this poses a
problem in Ubuntu for build-time tests, because bottle is in universe
and cross-pocket build-deps are not allowed.
Since I want to reduce the delta between Debian and Ubuntu, and
actually manage everything out of the same git repo, I plan to not
enable the test suite at build-time, but instead to add DEP-8 tests
for running the full suite. autopkgtests do not have the same
cross-pocket restriction.
