Hi Fabian,
Thanks for your bug report.
The build process for the openstack images is *not* under the hands of
the package matainers of openstack-debian-images. It is built
automatically with the rest of the ISO images, by the CD team. So if you
want to open a bug for this kind of issue, open it using whatever their
pseudo-package is.
By the way, version 8.4.0 is now available from cdimages.d.o, so this
bug can be closed. I guess you just had to wait a little bit.
