Yaboot fails to load images larger than 16MiB, with the error:
method 'load' failed 00000300
Ubuntu 12.04 precise ships a kernel larger than this, about 25MiB for the
powerpc64 variant. What Ubuntu does to make a kernel so large is beyond me,
the corresponding wheezy kernel is only a little over 11MiB, thankfully...
