That package name does not exist, and I have an idea this bug would be
pretty useless.
Probably you wanted to report a real bug against 'debian-installer',
with a proper real version and a proper interesting body?
And while doing so, I'd suggest to avoid carrying all the text from your
previous attempts on filing a bug...
