Hi,
Neutron, in version 9.0.0~b3 (which I'm on my way to upload right now) needs
ryu >= 3.30. Please package that version ASAP.
If you don't have time, let me know if I can NMU it. By the way, it'd be nice
if you allowed me to be co-maintainer, as OpenStack is probably the first
consumer of this library.
