The bwrap executable isn't installed setuid, which means this package can't
work "out of the box" on Debian kernels, similar to xdg-app bug #823535.
I would expect it to either be setuid by default (which is what I've done
with the bundled bwrap in src:flatpak for now), or have a README.Debian
explaining how to make it work (similar to
<https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/xdg-app.git/tree/debian/xdg-app.README.Debian>).
I don't think I can usefully switch over to the system bwrap for src:flatpak
until it works by default.
