Version: 3.3.90-1

I cannot reproduce this in any more recent version of evince and I think
this was fixed in commit
https://git.gnome.org/browse/evince/commit/?id=3f85a30d15a61ec360f81cf414da60cdbcff9102
because I get a 'Overflow while rendering' error instead, but no crash.
