The script does not work well with encoding: aside from bug about
messed up Czech strings in the script, there is another problem:
when the sitemap is supposed to be in UTF-8 the script does not
convert encoding of descriptions from the processed pages. On the
other hand when the sitemap page should be in the any other
encoding than UTF-8 international strings from the script are not
translated to that output encoding and the result is messed up.
