1. Install ooniprobe
2. Let it run for a while
3. Try to purge it

Expected result:
4. Package was purged from the computer

Actual result:
4. The postrm script yields an error and aborts. The package is not
   completely removed:

Please wrap the rmdir call into an if statement that checks whether the
folder exists (as it seems dpkg removed it already).
