file doesn't correctly recognize version 5 rar files. E.g. (with the
non-free rar) for "rar a -ma GPL-3.rar /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-3"
it shows "GPL-3.rar: RAR archive data, v46,", for LGPL-2
"LGPL-2.rar: RAR archive data, v4b, flags: Commented,".
http://www.rarlab.com/technote.htm seems to describe the format.
