Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?

I selected a database with foreign key constraints and then navigated to
the Export tab in phpmyadmin. On export, none of the foreign key
constraints or indices (I use a few fulltext indexes) were be included,
which is something I expected.

Even after trying different options in the export dialog I could not get
phpmyadmin to export foreign key constraints. Instead it only exported
the structure of each table and view along with inserts for the data.
