Package: mongrel
Version: 1.1.5-6
Severity: important

Hi!

Since the recent upgrade (to 1.1.5-6) I cannot use the mongrel library
anymore, nor can any framework (such as Camping) use it to run its
applications. The error message:

  % camping stoptime.rb
  /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/mongrel/gems.rb:14:in `require': uninitialized
constant Module::Gem (NameError)
      from /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/mongrel.rb:16

Also happens with irb -rmongrel, etc.

Cheers,
Paul

mongrel was last released with Debian 6.0 (squeeze) in
February 2011 and removed from Debian sid/unstable in 2012 (see
http://bugs.debian.org/663921 for details on the removal). Since
support for squeeze and squeeze-LTS has now ended, I'm closing all the
remaining bugs reported against this package.

Andreas
