As can be seen it reads the changelogs and hten mails it, it does not take into significance that the user may want to see it and then depending on changes on the changelog may either refuse to do the upgrade at all or go ahead with the upgrade. It assumes and presumes that the user has agreed.to go ahead with the upgrade.
