Uploading libhdate_1.6.02-0.1.dsc: Upload failed: 403 Forbidden

This happened Friday, and again today. Subsequent attempts on the same day (or
at least the same hour)
continue to fail with the "403 forbidden" error. Changing the .dput.cf to ftp
doesn't help.
I have in the past successfully uploaded to mentors using dput, and there is
now one of those packages there.

This appears to be an intermittent failure; as you describe, several
files immediately prior were uploaded correctly in the same run of the
program.

I am closing this as unreproducible; the problem as described seems to
be not a bug in ‘dput’, but in factors outside the program's control.
Thank you for the report. If you can provide a repeatable failure for
maintainers to follow, please re-open this report or a new one.
