Thirteen years later, gcj has been removed from gcc (the forthcoming
version 7), so the remaining upstream issues affecting a hypothetical
gcj-mingw-w64 package will not be fixed (see
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=43682 for one example).
Therefore I'm closing this bug...
