Package: quodlibet
Version: 3.6.2-1
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
Lately when executing quodlibet it does crash when changing songs sometimes
(not on every song, and could not find a pattern on which songs).
It does not have any effect if I change songs with the command line
"quodlibet --next" or using the ">>|" button.
I disabled all the extensions just in case and still happens.
The output of the quodlibet executed in a console is:
~$ quodlibet
0:00:03.838166227 26215 0x1ee7e80 ERROR libav :0::
Invalid chars '.0' at the end of expression '1.0'
0:00:03.838199825 26215 0x1ee7e80 ERROR libav :0:: Unable
to parse option value "1.0"
I have made a little research and this bug seems to be the same thing:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=831039
But I just report it here just in case is not libav but how it is used the
issue, but we could be talking about duplicate bug here. Libav and
python-libav do not have any bug.
I executed quodlibet with LANG=C environment variable and the bug seems to
go away and everything seems to work fine. So I think that the localization
seems to be affecting to some point.
Please let me know if you need any other information.
Best Regards,
Mikel

Closing this. This applies as much to quodlibet as it does to totem.
And since there seems to be more activity in the bug report you linked
things should be continued there.
