menu, but I have icon in tray.

The icon exists, and it is installed among the generic hicolor icon
theme (which is the fallback for any Freedesktop icon theme).
/usr/share/pixmaps is a legacy directory for unthemed icons.
Everything is as it should, so there is no bug (and thus closing).
