The datapacker package build depends on the package jade which is
obsolete and will be removed from Debian. Its replacement is openjade.
Please remove the build dependency on jade. Datapacker also depends on
docbook-utils which has a dependency on openjade, so openjade does not
need to be added as an explicit build dependency, the jade dependency
can just be removed.
