Note that the issue is somewhat prone to hiding, because the module
creates a file called .test.requires.git.lock in cwd and keeps silent
on subsequent invocations until the lock file expires.
If the output is considered acceptable, this bug could be fixed by
either skipping the use.t test, or implementing a whitelist feature on
the autopkgtest check side as discussed in #845771.
