Hi,

 I found xpdf has not correct setting for Japanese PDF, so it cannot be rendered
 with some PDF files that contain certain Japanese font.

 Simple patch attached, could you apply it, please?

 # and also push it to Jessie point release. It's worth, not break anything, and
   tiny so easy to review.
