Looks like updating postfix did not fix dynamicmaps.cf

I had an outdated dynamicmaps.cf

removing it and reinstalling postfix with

-o DPkg::options::=--force-confmiss --reinstall

fixed the issue.

This is a symptom of having kept the old version on upgrade.  It is not a
