Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

* What led up to the situation?
There is 'Delta not present' for about 1 week on Debian Sid 64 bit.

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
Nothing. Debdelta just install and go. It's usually just works.

* What was the outcome of this action?
I'm using limited mobile internet. Without debdelta, Sid is monetary expensive
for me.

* What outcome did you expect instead?
Please make debdelta works. Perhaps not much people use debdelta, but it's a
very usefull tool for me.
