Dear Maintainer,

Since the application of those versions (security updates)

                libapache2-mod-php5 5.6.14+dfsg-0+deb8u1
                php5 5.6.14+dfsg-0+deb8u1
                php5-cli 5.6.14+dfsg-0+deb8u1
                php5-common 5.6.14+dfsg-0+deb8u1
                php5-curl 5.6.14+dfsg-0+deb8u1
                php5-gd 5.6.14+dfsg-0+deb8u1
                php5-mcrypt 5.6.14+dfsg-0+deb8u1
                php5-mysql 5.6.14+dfsg-0+deb8u1
                php5-readline 5.6.14+dfsg-0+deb8u1

The setcookie() function no longer works when called without value parameter
According to http://php.net/manual/en/function.setcookie.pha, only the name is
required. It worked like this before php5 5.6.14+dfsg-0+deb8u1

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
