Please consider either building (future releases) with ICU or provide a
version of the package that is.  It allows for use of unicode aware
character classes
(http://boost.org/libs/regex/doc/character_class_names.html) needed for
regular expression matching of unicode text.

The unstable & testing version of boost is built with ICU.
