Package: ttf2pt1
Version: 3.3.3-1
Segmentation Fault running something like:
$ ttf2pt1 -A /usr/lib/X11/fonts/TrueType - 2> /dev/null | grep FontName
Located the bug at trying to print to "enc_file" which with the above
arguments will be NULL. Simple fix was to wrap the offending lines in "if
(enc_file != NULL) {...}".
This bug seems not to be in the original sources...

The current version of ttf2pt1 keeps the encoding file handle valid at
all times by opening /dev/null if necessary.

(Encoding file support was a Debian-specific patch at the time.)
