Hi,
I don't know where in the source code this is defined, sorry, but the
phrase must probably be something like
O conteúdo "%s" não foi modificado desde há última atualização
(it states that "The contents of '%s' we're not modified since the last
update.")
But in pt_BR it should be
O conteúdo de "%s" não foi modificado desde a última atualização
Mistaking "há" for "a" here in Brazil is seen as a really bad mistake
and as such one can think that nobody cares about the quality of the
translations after seeing this phrase. We know mistakes can happen, but
some users think programmers and translators should be perfect.
Thanks for your attention,
Felipe.
