The ScummVM-game-License is not DFSG compliant. Section 3 states:

You may not charge a fee for the game itself. This includes
reselling the game as an individual item.

This is against DFSG #6 (no discrimination against fields of endeavor)
because commercial purposes are restricted. You may not integrate this
game into a selling platform or a support service.

If you modify the game, license states in section 4:

You may also distribute modified versions under the terms set
        forth in this license

Therefore, you cannot sell a modified game, either fixed, translated, or
enhanced.

Please close this bug if the scenarios I described are allowed by the
license. I cannot CC debian-legal.

The game license is fully DFSG compliant. This has been discussed at
length in the past, e.g. https://bugs.debian.org/478898
