Package: ftp.debian.org
Severity: normal

The libncurses5 package has currently "Priority: required", but all
essential packages which used to depend on it have switched to libtinfo5
or libncursesw5 in stretch/sid.

Please downgrade the priority so that libncurses5 does not get installed
in minimal chroots anymore and can be autoremoved in existing chroots by
apt.
