Hello,

Bug#857163 reports that there is a dangling libsocl-1.2.so symlink in
libstarpu-dev.  This is actually a missing dependency on the libsocl
package which provides the target file, libsocl-1.2.so.0.0.0.  Exactly
the same situation happens in libstarpu-contrib-dev (version built
against CUDA). I have thus uploaded both starpu and starpu-contrib
1.2.0+dfsg-4 with the attached changes against their respective earlier
version.
